Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-30 business days from payment confirmation. For specialized or made-to-order products, the processing time may be longer — we will inform you individually in case of any delay.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various delivery methods tailored to the nature of the products:

• Courier (DHL, DPD, InPost, or other carriers) – standard delivery within 1-3 business days.

• Specialized transport or freight – for large and heavy orders, delivery time is arranged individually.

• Personal pickup – available at our company headquarters by prior arrangement.

Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and value of the order and are displayed during checkout or agreed individually in the case of freight shipments.

3. Shipment Tracking

After the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

4. International Shipping

We also deliver outside of Poland. Delivery times and costs are arranged individually, and the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country.

5. Shipment Safety and Packaging

Due to the nature of the products, shipments are properly secured to prevent damage during transport. Please check the package upon receipt and report any damages to both the carrier and our company.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Change of Delivery Address

Please provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Changes to the delivery address after order placement are possible only before the shipment is dispatched.
